Sr. Engineer – DevOPs

This role focuses on refining, automating, and optimizing software development and deployment pipelines. It requires close collaboration with development, operations, and QA teams to ensure consistent, reliable, and efficient delivery of software across dedicated, multi‑tenant, and hybrid cloud environments.

• Support the setup and improvement of automation tools such as Copado and Jenkins to streamline development and deployment workflows.
• Explore new tools that enhance team efficiency.
• Collaborate with developers, QA, and IT teams to understand day‑to‑day challenges and help improve delivery processes.
• Maintain smooth communication between operations and development teams.
• Assist in managing cloud resources and environments used by applications, applying Infrastructure‑as‑Code practices to maintain scalable and consistent environments.
• Configure and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Copado or Jenkins.
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic issues across development, testing, and production environments.
• Monitor system performance using logging and alerting tools, providing initial diagnostics during incidents.
• Explore automation opportunities and contribute to process improvements.
• Continuously learn Dev Ops tools, cloud technologies, and best practices while maintaining clear documentation.

• Graduate/Professional Degree in Engineering, preferably in Computer Science, Electronics, Telecommunications, or Information Technology.
• 6 to 8 years of graduate-level experience; relevant experience 5 years or more.

• Internal: Collaborates with Software Engineering, Cloud Engineering, QA, and Security teams to align CI/CD, automation, and infrastructure reliability goals; engages with Product and Architecture teams for roadmap alignment and delivery optimization.
• External: Coordinates with client IT teams, cloud providers, Dev Ops tool vendors, and managed service partners for tool integration, environmental support, and performance optimization.
