Job Description

Technical Skillset (Mandatory) MDM Tools:
Informatica MDM, Semarchy or Atacama. Databases:
Relational SQL and No

SQL databases, Snowflake, Postgres and Cassandra. AWS Cloud Services: EC2, S3, EMR, RDS, Lambda, DMS etc. Object-Oriented

Languages:

Technical Skillset (Optional) Visualization Tool: SAP Business Objects, Tableau Data Pipeline & Integration:
Airflow, Kafka, Informatica Cloud (IICS), Power Center Stream-Processing Systems:

Role and Responsibilities Responsible for the MDM architecture and design of enterprise Data model Review customer environment for master data processes and help with overall data governance model Engage and interact closely with business and IT stakeholders to understand master data requirements and current constraints Lead the master data solution and define goals with details of all technology component Demonstrate excellent communication skills including the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.

Ability to use strong industry knowledge to relate to customer needs and dissolve customer concerns and high level of focus and attention to detail. Strong work ethic with good time management with ability to work with diverse teams and lead meetings. Partners with members of the Business Intelligence team to provide required access/structure to data. Build relationships with business intelligence partners to understand data needs in order to execute with excellence on documented user requirements Project Specific requirement (if any): ex: shift details Data-oriented personality, good communication skills, and an excellent eye for details.

Relevant Experience required Total 10+ years of experience;
Bachelor's degree or equivalent, with minimum of 5 years as MDM Designer / Architect. 7+ years of experience in full lifecycle MDM implementations Over 4-years of hands-on knowledge working with MDM products like Informatica/Semarchy/Atacama as an MDM Designer Architecture and design expertise in Data Quality (IDQ) on multiple technologies like INFA, IBM;
Architecture and design expertise in Master Data Management on multiple technologies like INFA, IBM Experience in leading, evaluating and designing Master Data Management Architecture based on the overall Enterprise Data Strategy / Architecture Master Data Domain experience in customer, account or other data domains at an Architect level
