We are seeking a technically skilled and detail-oriented Video Surveillance Systems Administrator to serve as the enterprise owner of our client's CCTV and Video Management System (VMS) environment. This role is responsible for the administration, maintenance, and optimization of surveillance platforms, IP cameras, recording infrastructure, user access, vendor coordination, and surveillance-related networking across multiple facilities.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience administering Hanwha Vision (Wisenet) platforms or a comparable enterprise VMS solution within the last 5 years, along with strong networking knowledge and experience supporting multi-site surveillance environments.

• 3-5+ years of hands-on experience administering enterprise CCTV/video surveillance systems.
• Recent experience (within the past 5 years) administering Hanwha Vision (Wisenet) or a comparable enterprise VMS platform.
• Experience supporting multi-site surveillance environments.
• Experience troubleshooting IP cameras, NVRs/DVRs, recording servers, and storage infrastructure.
• Experience administering user accounts, permissions, and role-based access within a VMS.
• Experience coordinating with surveillance vendors, integrators, or low-voltage contractors. Direct Hanwha/Wisenet administration experience.
• Experience with access control system integrations.
• Experience with video analytics platforms.
• Experience performing physical security assessments and camera coverage reviews.
• Experience in healthcare, corrections, higher education, manufacturing, or other large multi-site environments.
