WellSky EMR Configuration Lead Clinical Transformation

NTT Data's Client is seeking a Clinical EMR Configuration / Business Analyst with strong clinical systems experience to support EMR configuration, QA, conversion workflows, and healthcare transformation initiatives, with a focus on Well Sky implementations. This consulting role will play a key part in guiding clients through EMR conversion programs, ensuring configuration accuracy, driving process improvements, and collaborating across clinical, technical, and operational stakeholders.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end configuration and customization of Well Sky EMR solutions, ensuring alignment with clinical, operational, regulatory, and business requirements.
Perform detailed analysis of Well Sky application modules, workflows, data structures, and configuration settings to support implementation, optimization, and conversion initiatives.
Partner with client stakeholders to assess current-state clinical workflows, identify process improvement opportunities, and align EMR solutions with business objectives.
Demonstrated experience in requirements gathering, stakeholder interviews, workshops, process discovery sessions, and documentation of business and functional requirements.
Strong ability to perform current-state/future-state analysis, gap assessments, root cause analysis, and business process modeling.
Experience creating and managing Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and traceability matrices.
Lead and support EMR configuration activities, ensuring alignment with clinical best practices, compliance requirements, and organizational transformation goals.
Provide consulting support for Well Sky conversion and implementation programs, including solution design validation, configuration governance, and deployment readiness.
Facilitate requirements discovery workshops, stakeholder interviews, and solution design sessions to translate business needs into scalable EMR configurations.
Drive quality assurance activities, including test strategy development, defect triage, validation planning, and client sign-off support.
Advise clients on optimizing clinical workflows, operational efficiency, and user adoption through effective utilization of Well Sky and related healthcare technologies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including clinical SMEs, business leaders, technical architects, and operations teams to deliver end-to-end transformation outcomes.
Leverage Azure Dev Ops to manage project backlogs, user stories, defects, testing artifacts, and delivery tracking while ensuring adherence to project governance standards.
Participate in Agile ceremonies and provide consulting recommendations to improve delivery processes, team effectiveness, and project outcomes.
Prepare and present executive-level status reports, risk assessments, solution recommendations, and implementation progress updates to client and leadership teams.
Identify, analyze, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies, providing proactive recommendations to ensure successful program delivery.
Develop and maintain client-facing documentation including business requirements, solution design documents, process flows, gap assessments, and implementation roadmaps.
Serve as a trusted advisor to clients by providing industry insights, healthcare technology best practices, and strategic recommendations for EMR transformation initiatives.

Basic Qualifications:
5+ years of hands-on Well Sky EMR experience including solution configuration, implementation, workflow design, testing, deployment, and production support.
Demonstrated expertise in configuring Well Sky modules, clinical workflows, assessments, forms, care plans, security roles, user permissions, and reporting functionality.
Strong executive, stakeholder, and client-facing communication skills, with the ability to effectively facilitate workshops, present recommendations, and influence decision-making.
Proven track record of applying critical thinking, strategic problem-solving, and consulting best practices to drive successful healthcare transformation outcomes.
