Commercial Real Estate Finance Attorney 4+ Years

Location:

Nashville, TN

Compensation: $160,000 - $200,000 Base (DOE) + Performance Bonus

We are representing an elite Nashville firm seeking a mid-level Associate Attorney to join their growing Real Estate and Finance practice. This firm has intentionally remained independent from national Big Law mergers to maintain a culture focused on high-end work without the unsustainable billable expectations.

The Work & Culture

• Billable Target: 1,500 - 1,600 hours.
• The Practice:
  Sophisticated commercial transactions ranging from $5M to $40M.
• Environment: A collaborative, in-office culture that values mentorship, with some remote flexibility.
• Growth:
  Current plans to expand the team over the next few years.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience:
  
  3+ years of broad commercial real estate and finance experience.
• Background:
  Strong preference for candidates specializing in CRE/Finance.
• Must be licensed in Tennessee and in good standing
