** Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.
**** How you’ll make an impact
*** Coordinate international import and export shipments end-to-end
* Prepare and process shipping documentation accurately
* Partner with customs brokers, carriers, and internal teams
* Track shipments and proactively resolve delays or issues
* Maintain detailed and compliant transaction records
* Conduct audits to improve shipping accuracy and efficiency
* Support hazardous materials compliance with global standards
* Collaborate across teams to optimize supply chain performance
** Your background
*** 2+ years of experience in logistics, import/export, or related field
* Solid understanding of customs regulations, HTS codes, and incoterms
* Experience preparing import/export documentation
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ERP systems (e.g., SAP) is a plus
* Effective communication skills;
English fluency required
