Shipping and Receiving Associate

Job Summary

Reporting directly to the Supply Chain Manager, the Warehouse Shipping and Receiving Clerk is responsible for managing the shipment and receipt of all products, materials, and supplies, and for collaborating with third‑party logistics companies, customer service representatives, and service providers.

First shift, 8 AM – 5 PM. Wage: $25–$29 per hour.

• Receive daily import shipments.
• Ship all sales for domestic and international customers.
• Prepare and maintain customs documentation.
• Maintain accurate inventory counts.
• Kit parts for production builds.
• Prepare shipments for sales demos and shipments to outside process suppliers.
• Conduct general warehouse organization and inventory control improvements.
• Complete special projects as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of shipping and receiving experience.
• International shipping and customs documentation experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong planning, organization, and record‑keeping skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and maintain inventory accuracy.
