A growing company in Brentwood is seeking a Supply Chain & Logistics Coordinator to support international shipping, inventory coordination, and day to day logistics operations. This role focuses heavily on tracking and coordinating global shipments, working with freight partners, and ensuring timely delivery of products to customers. The coordinator will work closely with internal teams, suppliers, and logistics partners in a fast-paced, high volume environment.
Compensationand Hours for the Logistics Coordinator
- Full-Time, Onsite
- $55,000 to $70,000 annually based on experience
- Standard business hours
- Direct hire
- 2 to 5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or import/export coordination
- Experience coordinating international shipments, including ocean and/or air freight
- Experience working with freight forwarders, customs brokers, or 3PL providers
- Ability to track shipments and manage timelines across multiple orders
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high volume environment
- Strong communication skills, including updating customers or internal teams on shipment status
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience with inventory tracking or warehouse coordination, preferred
- Familiarity with import documentation, tariffs, or customs processes, preferred
- Experience working in manufacturing, distribution, or global supply chain environments, preferred
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments across international and domestic channels
- Track shipments and provide timely status updates to customers and internal stakeholders
- Work with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and carriers to ensure on-time delivery
- Manage freight schedules and help coordinate logistics timelines
- Review freight invoices for accuracy and support payables processes
- Communicate and resolve shipping delays, discrepancies, or delivery issues
- Support inventory tracking and coordination with warehouse operations
- Assist with receiving and storage coordination for incoming product
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory, and logistics activities
- Support overall supply chain operations in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
