Flow Controller — Logistics Transformation Team
Client is seeking a Flow Controller to join its Logistics Transformation Team. This role will focus on developing and supporting transportation and supply chain flow projects at both domestic and global levels, with a primary emphasis on optimizing North American supply chain flows.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting flow optimization projects that drive improvements in lead time, inventory levels, transportation efficiency, and CO2 reduction.
- Designing, analyzing, and implementing transportation flow strategies across domestic and international lanes.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams including Transportation, Customs, Supply Chain Planning, IT, Finance, and other business stakeholders.
- Identifying constraints, escalating issues, and supporting organizational readiness for flow changes.
- Preparing and presenting project updates, status reports, KPIs, and business benefits to leadership teams.
- Supporting Logistic Revision (LRI) reviews and project governance activities.
- Leading or participating in flow workshops and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Driving transit time optimization and supply chain efficiency improvements through data analysis and process enhancements.

- Bilingual (English/Spanish) – Highly preferred, significant portion of team operates in Mexico.

The ideal candidate will possess strong project leadership capabilities, excellent communication skills, and experience in transportation and supply chain optimization.
This individual will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to drive measurable business outcomes through improved logistics network design, transportation efficiency, and operational excellence. Candidates should be highly organized, analytical, and comfortable presenting project updates and recommendations to leaders and key stakeholders. Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and project management methodologies is required. A background in international logistics, transportation planning, and supply chain optimization will be critical for success in this role.
