Route Technician; Swimming Pool Cleaning Technician

Overview

We are looking for a reliable, full-time, (possibly part-time) pool maintenance professional to join our team. You must possess a great work ethic, time management, and customer service skills. This a CAREER offer, not a temporary job.

• Drive to customer locations to perform routine pool and spa maintenance including brushing pool walls, testing and administering chemicals, cleaning filters, vacuuming debris, and skimming leaves and debris off pool surfaces.
• Inspect pools for Health Department Compliance of Operational and Safety concerns.
• Communicate professionally with clients to establish trust and ensure retention.
• Carry necessary equipment, supplies, and materials from the service truck to the customer’s pool for service.
• Maintain accurate records of services performed by completing and submitting assigned work orders.
• Transport and store chemicals.
• Respond to water hygiene incidents.

• Must have a valid and clean Tennessee driver’s license with 3 or more years of driving experience.
• Background check and drug screen upon an offer of employment.

• Compensation:
  All depends on work experience and work ethic. Entry Level, we can train you.
• Location:
  
  Located in Franklin.
• Schedule:
  
  Weekday hours only, Mon-Fri.
