Job Responsibilities- Maintain the community buildings, hallways, and breezeways.
- Sustain cleanliness of community amenities.
- Freshen apartments as needed.
- Report repair issues as necessary.
- Assist maintenance staff.
- Provide excellent customer service to our Residents.
- 1 year of janitorial and/or grounds experience.
- Must have a valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Must pass a criminal background check.
- Spanish language skills are a plus.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
