Director of Sales

Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for Director of Sales for a full-service hotel in Franklin, TN. This is an on-site position at the hotel property.

The Director of Sales will lead and drive all sales and marketing efforts, ensuring exceptional guest experiences while expanding the hotel’s market presence. This role requires strategic decision-making, collaboration with internal teams, and relationship-building with clients and industry partners. The Director of Sales will shape the vision for business growth and position the hotel for long-term success.

This role offers a salary of $85,000 annually plus a quarterly bonus, along with a full benefits package including health, dental, vision, life insurance, and 401(k) participation.
