We are a rapidly growing construction and restoration company expanding our Commercial Restoration Division
, and we’re looking for a Commercial Restoration Project Manager to lead large-loss mitigation and remediation projects from start to finish.
This is a high-impact, high-visibility role with real opportunity to grow into division leadership as we scale.
2-5+ YEARS OF MITIGATION & RESTORATION EXPERIENCE REQUIRED!!!

What You’ll Do- Manage commercial mitigation and restoration projects from emergency response through completion
- Oversee water, fire, and mold remediation scopes
- Lead crews, subcontractors, and vendors on active job sites
- Develop scopes of work, budgets, schedules, and timelines
- Coordinate with property managers, facility directors, and insurance adjusters
- Ensure jobs are completed safely, on time, and profitably
- Track KPIs, margins, and production performance
- Deliver exceptional client communication and service
- 2-5+ years experience in restoration or mitigation project management
- Experience with commercial or large-loss projects preferred
- Knowledge of water, fire, and mold remediation best practices
- IICRC certifications (WRT/ASD/AMRT/FSRT) strongly preferred
- Strong leadership and crew management skills
- Comfortable working with insurance carriers and estimating software (Xactimate or similar)
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and decisive
- Ability to thrive in emergency response environments
