Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management, preferably in the healthcare sector.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools to streamline operations.
  • Strong knowledge of construction safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage diverse teams effectively.
  • Ability to handle complex projects and deliver results under tight deadlines.
  • Experience with ground-up and tenant improvement projects is highly desirable.
