• Lead and develop a team of 8, driving performance, accountability, and capability growth
• Own maintenance planning and execution to maximise uptime and asset reliability
• Manage a multi-million-dollar OPEX budget alongside capital investment in mobile equipment
• Partner cross-functionally to deliver efficient shutdowns, projects, and daily operations

• 3-5+ years’ leadership experience within maintenance in a heavy industrial environment
• Strong electrical background with exposure to PLCs or automation systems
• Mechanical and mobile equipment experience within industrial settings
• Proven ability to manage budgets, prioritise effectively, and lead from the front
