HES Facilities Management is seeking Custodial Masters to oversee custodial operations across multiple locations within the same school district or university campus. You will develop and maintain productive working relationships with hourly custodial staff, communicate with customers daily, and resolve issues promptly.
The Account Manager will inspect, train, and maintain supply levels, reporting to a District or Regional Manager who oversees a larger area.
