Success as an Assembly team member at Protomet comes down to efficiency, safety, and attitude. Developing people to have the technical skill to get the job done, the care to do it safely, and the energy to learn all aspects of our business is our goal. Show up on time with Batteries Included . Experience is great, but we love developing employees under our roof as well.

FUNCTION:

Assembly team members build parts that are used in Protomet products such as boat towers and board racks. The assembly process is aided by detailed assembly instructions as well as your contributions. This is a great spot for mechanically inclined people who want to work with their hands.

OUTCOMES:

• Build parts by studying assembly instructions, blueprint specifications, tools, and materials.
• Maintain an idea of inventory levels for assembly supplies
• Conserve resources by using equipment and supplies as needed to accomplish job results.
• Keep a positive, can-do, client-focused attitude and environment that promotes continuous quality improvement, promotes teamwork/unity and assures that orders ship on time and at full quantity.
