MP&L Team Lead--2nd Shift

* Job Responsibilities:

** Possess a sense of urgency, accountability, and be able to work with limited supervision. Interact closely with Production, Engineering and Quality to effectively plan and execute Kanban requirements to support Plant requirements.  Performs other duties as assigned.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

Ability to work as part of a team and lead. General factory environment with occasional expectations of the employee functional job description. Some of the physical demands of this position include sitting for prolonged periods of time, walking up and down staircases, occasional lifting, and occasional stooping and bending. Able to address and resolve ambiguity; prioritize, multi-task and work independently.

KNOWLEDGE:

EDUCATION:

High School Diploma or General Education Diploma

WORK EXPERIENCE:

High Experience working with mobile equipment, FIFO, PFEP, and other Lean or continuous improvements concepts and practices are highly desired.
