*
* About the Role:

** Hitachi Energy in Alamo, TN is seeking a Weekend OIP Bushing Winder. In this position, you will work with assembly drawings and measuring devices to properly wind bushings to match the customer’s specifications.
** How You Will Make an Impact:
*** Work with Kampf-Stahlkontor and Menzel winding machines, overhead cranes, lifting devices to successfully wind bushings
* May be required to provide information to maintenance, engineering and/or quality assurance about the performance of the winding equipment
* Must be able to work within team structure with minimal supervision
* Continuous training on new equipment or new processes within the condenser winding area and based upon additional assignments
* Use vacuum cleaners, standard and special hand tools, winding templates, tape measure, calibers and other measuring devices as needed to complete windings
* Willingness to cross-train between condenser bushing winding machines
* Must be able to operate a computer and learn specialized programs as needed to perform job functions
* Able to stand and/or walk on hard surfaces for up to 10 hours per day
* Able to regularly pick up and manipulate up to 35 pounds safely
** Your Background:
*** High School Graduate or GED
* One year of experience in a manufacturing setting reading and interrupting assembly drawings
