Produce Postharvest & Distribution Lead

A regenerative farm based outside Nashville is seeking a Postharvest & Distribution Manager to oversee the processing, storage, and distribution of produce. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, effective communication with customers, and an interest in food and agriculture. Responsibilities include managing inventory, improving ordering processes, and training Farm Cultivation Team members. A valid driver’s license is required, and the role entails physical work including lifting up to 50 lbs.
