Process Controller

This position is responsible for overseeing the production process and ensuring efficient operations within the manufacturing facility. The role involves monitoring production metrics, implementing process improvements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow and productivity.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing production schedules and coordinating with production teams to meet deadlines
• Analyzing production data to identify areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
• Ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards throughout the production process
• Collaborating with engineering and maintenance teams to address equipment issues and minimize downtime
• Developing and maintaining standard operating procedures for production processes

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field
• Proven experience in a production or manufacturing environment
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret production data and metrics
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and process improvement methodologies
