1st Shift: 7am - 430pm, M-F
Additional Overtime Available As Business Requires
Compensation$16 per hour
Purpose of RoleMfg Tech - Plastics are responsible for working in production with consistent speed and accuracy while maintaining production standards and work towards improving productivity without compromising quality.
Essential Job Functions- Pours Urethane into molds and lines different pump parts
- Operates and maintains machinery and production line equipment
- Maintains a clean workstation and production floor
- Follows production guidelines and specifications
- Finalizes and packages products for shipment
- Monitors the production line and removes faulty products
- Participates in ongoing on‑the‑job training to adhere to company policies
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Pulls and puts away molds and cores based on manufacturing needs
- Safety First:

- Troubleshoot Molding Problems
- Ability to accurately read a tape measure
- Able to use basic hand tools, such as wrenches, hammers, screwdrivers, etc.
- Ability to work as a team as well as being self‑directed
- Ability to multi‑task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds unassisted
- Physical capability to properly handle tooling and safely set up large pieces; including lifting, pushing, pulling, and positioning products
- Must be able to stand, sit and bend for long periods of time
- Manufacturing environment: loud noise levels, high temperatures, dirt and sand
- Required PPE: steel‑toed shoes, safety glasses, dust masks, and/or respirators
