Forklift Operator 3rd Shift

Steady 3rd shift forklift role in a fast‑paced automotive logistics facility. $19/hr, temp‑to‑perm, Sunday‑Thursday nights.

You're running equipment inside one of the busiest logistics operations supporting automotive manufacturing in Smyrna, TN. The materials you move keep an entire production line running; every trailer you unload, every part you deliver line‑side, and every inventory count you confirm feeds directly into keeping production on schedule.

• Operate sit‑down counterbalance forklifts and/or reach trucks to move, stage, and transport automotive parts and materials throughout the facility
• Load and unload trailers and containers
• Pull and deliver parts to line‑side and warehouse locations to keep production supplied
• Perform pre‑shift equipment inspections and complete required documentation
• Maintain accurate inventory counts and ensure proper labeling and placement of materials
• Work safely in a high‑traffic warehouse and production support environment, following all safety protocols and PPE requirements

• Prior forklift operating experience with sit‑down counterbalance; reach truck experience is a plus
• Current forklift certification, or ability to obtain on‑site certification
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced manufacturing and logistics environment
• Strong attention to detail and genuine commitment to safety
• Ability to stand, walk, and operate equipment for the full duration of a shift
• Reliable attendance and punctuality; this role supports an active production line
• Experience in automotive, warehouse, or logistics environments is a plus

$19.00/hour. Temporary‑to‑permanent opportunity. Fully onsite, 3rd shift, Sunday through Thursday, 9 PM to 7 AM.
