Job Description & How to Apply Below

Purpose of Role

Wood pattern making is the ultimate intersection of old‑school craftsmanship and high‑tech engineering, where you transform loose 2D blueprints into highly precise, physical 3D masterpieces. It is a deeply satisfying role because your hands‑on work serves as the foundational mold for massive, real‑world industrial machinery. Working here means you will never face the monotony of an assembly line; every single project brings a unique puzzle that challenges your spatial reasoning and woodworking skills.

Plus, you will be part of a tight‑knit, collaborative shop that respects the heritage of the trade while equipping you with the top‑tier tools needed to build a legacy.
