Cornerstone Building Brands, Inc. is hiring for a full-time Grinder/General Labor Associate on the night shift (7pm–7am) at our Tennessee facility. Base pay is $17.25 per hour, plus $1.00 per hour night differential for nights, with a 12-hour rotating schedule (2 days on, 2 days off, every other weekend).
The role involves operating the grinder, feeding scrap materials, labeling, maintaining color consistency, documenting regrind, and supporting maintenance and safety tasks. Benefits start day 1.
