Assembler, Manufacturing ​/ Production

Job Summary

As the Assembler, you will be a pivotal member of our team, reporting to the Production Supervisor. You will assemble products and parts in a manufacturing setting, following assembly instructions, operating tools, and performing quality checks to ensure products meet standards. • Assemble products according to blueprints, diagrams, or verbal instructions.
• Utilize hand and power tools to fasten, fit, and connect components.
• Inspect parts and components for accuracy and quality throughout the assembly process.
• Adhere to safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
• Monitor the assembly line for potential issues and report them to supervisors.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Operate and perform routine maintenance on assembly line equipment.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and meet production goals.
• Assist in other areas of production as needed.

High school diploma or general education degree (GED), or equivalent experience.

One to two years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Previous experience in manufacturing or assembly preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to read and interpret assembly instructions and technical documents, such as blueprints.
• Basic math skills for measurements and calculations.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and perform repetitive tasks.

• Regularly required to talk and hear.
• Required to stand, walk, climb, sit, balance, stoop, kneel, or crouch.
• Frequently required to use fingers, hands, and arms to handle and reach.
• Able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
• Required to wear personal protective equipment in designated areas.
• Frequently exposed to moving mechanical parts.
• Exposure to weather conditions (precipitation, extreme cold, extreme heat).
• Regularly required to wear hearing protection in a loud environment.
