Join our team at KARL STORZ North America in assembling high-quality, single-use endoscopes that support life-changing medical procedures. In this hands‑on role, you’ll work with precision tools and microscopes in a cleanroom environment, ensuring every device meets strict quality standards.
Location: Franklin, MA
Hours: 1st shift (6:00 a.m.
- 2:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, overtime as needed)
- Assemble intricate optical and mechanical components following SOPs and drawings
- Inspect, clean, and test parts to ensure compliance with quality requirements
- Collaborate with teammates and support continuous improvement initiatives
- Maintain accurate production records and adhere to ISO/FDA quality regulations
- High school diploma or equivalent (technical training a plus)
- 1–2 years of experience in precision medical device assembly preferred
- Comfortable working in a cleanroom with microscopes, adhesives, solvents, and small tools
- Ability to follow detailed assembly instructions and meet productivity/quality targets
- Strong manual dexterity, attention to detail, and teamwork skills
