Join our team at KARL STORZ North America in assembling high-quality, single-use endoscopes that support life-changing medical procedures. In this hands‑on role, you’ll work with precision tools and microscopes in a cleanroom environment, ensuring every device meets strict quality standards.

Location: Franklin, MA

Hours: 1st shift (6:00 a.m.

- 2:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, overtime as needed)

What you'll be doing:
  • Assemble intricate optical and mechanical components following SOPs and drawings
  • Inspect, clean, and test parts to ensure compliance with quality requirements
  • Collaborate with teammates and support continuous improvement initiatives
  • Maintain accurate production records and adhere to ISO/FDA quality regulations
What you'll need to be considered for this position:
  • High school diploma or equivalent (technical training a plus)
  • 1–2 years of experience in precision medical device assembly preferred
  • Comfortable working in a cleanroom with microscopes, adhesives, solvents, and small tools
  • Ability to follow detailed assembly instructions and meet productivity/quality targets
  • Strong manual dexterity, attention to detail, and teamwork skills
