Production Supervisor

• Help guide others to meet production and quality needs in a safely manner
• Conduct Root Cause Analysis for scrap, downtime, or other processes
• Ensure proper record keeping of shift activities through auditing
• Create a team friendly environment
• Assist in scheduling production

• Associate degree or equivalent from a two‑year college or technical school plus two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and supervisory experience.
• Ability to effectively communicate, problem solve and multi‑task. Must be able to influence and work effectively with all levels of employees

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office. Strong mathematical competency
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to lead a team
