Executive - Environment Job Description

• Operate and monitor the ETP and ZLD systems for smooth and compliant operations.
• Conduct daily jar tests to optimize treatment efficiency.
• Maintain operational records, logbooks, and environmental documentation.
• Monitor effluent quality and ensure compliance with TNPCB and environmental standards.
• Manage inventory of ETP chemicals, laboratory chemicals, and critical consumables.
• Handle hazardous waste as per statutory and company guidelines.
• Coordinate with Engineering for maintenance activities and availability of critical spares.
• Perform environmental monitoring and report any deviations or abnormalities.
• Maintain good housekeeping and ensure safe plant operations.
• Follow cGMP, EHS, safety, and site procedures at all times.
• Support audits, inspections, and environmental compliance activities.

Diploma / B.E. in Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or

B.Sc./M.Sc. in Chemistry or Environmental Science.

2-5 years of experience in Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP), Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD), or Wastewater Treatment operations in the pharmaceutical, chemical, or manufacturing industry.
