Brand Marketing Specialist (Marketing Analyst II)

Location: Franklin, TN (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)

Duration: 12-Month Contract (7/13/2026 – 4/12/2027)

Pay Rate: $36/hour

We are seeking a Brand Marketing Specialist to support the execution of a large-scale, multi-channel brand campaign across North America. This role will focus on project management, campaign coordination, agency management, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and aligned with business objectives.

This is an execution-focused role and does not involve brand strategy development, creative design, or campaign concepting.

• Manage campaign timelines, deliverables, and work streams using Airtable.
• Coordinate across internal marketing teams, agencies, and media partners.
• Support execution of paid media, email, and social media campaigns.
• Track project milestones, dependencies, and risks.
• Manage agency assets, feedback cycles, and launch readiness activities.
• Develop executive-level PowerPoint presentations and campaign updates.
• Support campaign planning, intake, and stakeholder alignment.

• Experience executing multi-channel marketing or brand campaigns.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Experience coordinating agencies and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
