The RoleWe are hiring a Senior Performance Marketing Manager focused on Dynamic Product Ads (DPA), catalog strategy, and performance systems.
You will own a portfolio of high-growth DTC brands and be responsible for:
- Turning product catalogs into scalable acquisition engines
- Structuring DPA systems that drive consistent ROAS
- Connecting feed logic, creative systems, and campaign performance
- Architect and scale Dynamic Product Ad systems across Meta and other channels
- Structure product feeds, product sets, and segmentation logic
- Define how catalog data translates into campaign performance
- Identify revenue opportunities at the SKU / product level

- Drive core metrics: ROAS, CPA, CTR, contribution margin
- Analyze performance at the product, creative system, and audience level

You Operate Like a performance marketer with a data scientist mindset.
System Design & Optimization- Build and iterate campaign architectures (CBO / ASC / DPA frameworks)
- Design and execute structured testing systems (not random iteration)
- Connect catalog → creative → audience → performance loop
- Improve signal quality and learning phase stability
- Lead performance conversations with senior stakeholders
- Translate data into clear growth strategy
- Proactively identify revenue opportunities
- Act as a trusted operator, not just a service provider
- Mentor junior team members (creative + performance)
- Help define best practices for catalog-driven advertising
- Contribute to internal playbooks and frameworks
- Work closely with product and engineering to improve platform capabilities
- 4–7+ years in performance marketing (Meta-heavy DTC)
- Proven experience managing $100K–$1M+/month spend
- Strong track record hitting ROAS / CAC / MER targets
- Deep understanding of Meta ad system mechanics
- Experience with Dynamic Product Ads (DPA)
- Strong understanding of product feeds, product sets, and catalog segmentation
- Ability to analyze performance at SKU-level granularity
- Structured thinking around testing and experimentation
- You think in systems, not assets
- You care about revenue, not vanity metrics
- You are high ownership and fast-moving
- You are comfortable operating in ambiguity and speed
- Meta Ads Manager (advanced)
- Shopify (or equivalent ecommerce platforms)
- Google Merchant Center
- Google Sheets / Excel (strong)
- Experience with feed tools (Feedonomics, Data Feed Watch , etc.)
- Experience with AI-driven creative or catalog systems
- You restructure accounts into clear DPA-driven systems
- You identify key product-level performance levers
- You establish repeatable testing frameworks
- You drive consistent improvements in MER, ROAS, and CAC
- You create scalable catalog strategies across accounts
- You become a go-to operator for high-value clients
