Jonathan’s Path is seeking a detail-oriented and mission‑driven Program Support Coordinator to provide administrative, coordination, and logistical support across youth programming, volunteer engagement, and housing initiatives. This part‑time role reports directly to the Program Director and plays a key role in ensuring programs run smoothly, information is accurately tracked, and youth and volunteers experience clear, timely communication.
The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, comfortable with technology, and aligned with Jonathan’s Path’s commitment to supporting young people transitioning from foster care.
Key ResponsibilitiesYouth Programming & Events
- Create and design youth event flyers and share them with all Jonathan’s Path youth via the youth server and CRM
- Create and manage youth event sign‑up forms and track participation
- Ensure youth receive timely and clear communication regarding events, opportunities, and updates
- Follow up with all volunteer leads received through Every Child TN and the Jonathan’s Path website
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records in the Every Child TN volunteer lead portal
- Support volunteer engagement by ensuring timely responses and clear next steps
Data Tracking & Documentation
- Log all youth opportunities and services successfully completed by Jonathan’s Path through the Path Line
- Maintain accurate records in internal tracking systems and CRM platforms
- Support program reporting by ensuring data is complete and current
Housing & Path Forward Home Support
- Assist with Path Forward House duties, including performing routine house inspections
- Report maintenance concerns, safety issues, or policy‑related observations to the Program Director
- Support documentation related to housing compliance and program standards
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework or relevant experience preferred
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills
- Tech savvy / quick learner comfortable using digital tools such as CRMs, shared drives, and online forms
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with sensitive information
- Experience in nonprofit, social services, foster care, housing, or youth‑serving organizations
- Familiarity with volunteer management platforms and CRM systems
- Experience creating flyers or digital content (Canva or similar tools)
- Trauma‑informed, youth‑centered approach
- Follow‑through and accountability
- Professional and compassionate communication
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities
- Ability to conduct periodic in‑person home inspections
- Ability to sit, stand, and work at a computer for extended periods
- Occasional lifting of materials up to 30 pounds, as needed
- Hourly Rate: $20.00/hour
