Weekend Wound Care Nurse (LPN) – Licensed Practical Nurse

EVERY Friday, Saturday, Sunday | 8 Hour Shifts | Franklin, Tennessee

Franklin Wellness & Rehab is seeking a compassionate, reliable Wound Care Nurse (LPN) to join our care team. If you're looking for a rewarding role in a team-driven environment, we want to meet you!

As a Wound Care Nurse (LPN) at Franklin Wellness & Rehab, you'll be an essential part of our residents' care.

Responsibilities include:

• Focuses on the community’s wound care program, working with the wound care physician.
• Oversee resident care related to the prevention and healing of pressure ulcers.
• Provide continuing education of wound care to our staff and families.
• Participate in QAPI and execute wound care assessments.
• Perform any other additional tasks as assigned by the Director of Nursing.
• Maintain confidentiality of protected health information, including verbal, written and electronic communications.

• Active LPN license for the state of Tennessee
• Wound Care Experience Required
• LTC Experience Required
