Opportunity:
We are looking for an experienced, board-certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant who is passionate about transforming primary care. After initial orientation and training, your objective will be to work alongside our current Physician Assistant in our new functional primary care facility (lease signed and opening November 2025). You should have completed or have started training in functional/integrative medicine and demonstrate a strong passion to excel in this field.
Our current physician assistant is nearing her panel capacity, and we need someone to begin taking 30–40 new patients per month into their panel soon. With 200+ new patient contacts per month, we can have your schedule pre-booked before even starting.
Responsibilities- Work alongside the current Physician Assistant in the new functional primary care facility opening November 2025.
- Begin taking 30–40 new patients per month into the panel.
- Provide patient care during 6–7 hours per day, three days per week (24–28 hours per week total).
- Conduct a half‑day reserved for lab review, additional patient communication through secure portal, and record review.
- Participate in team meetings.
- Provide periodic weekend on‑call phone availability.
- Support the development and expansion of the functional primary care practice.
- Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant License in Tennessee and board certification.
- 5+ years of experience providing primary care, including in‑person care.
- 5+ years of clinical practice post‑residency (preferred).
- 2+ years of experience practicing functional medicine (preferred, not required).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Desire to thrive in old‑fashioned relational medicine with a high‑growth, high‑tech, close‑knit work environment.
- Preferred but not required IFM/A4M/MAPS/SAFM or comparable certification in functional medicine.
- Passion for your personal health and wellness, and that of others.
