• Coordinate and deliver high‑quality, patient‑centered care in accordance with department requirements and scope standards.
• Collaborate with medical providers and care team members to provide individualized, comprehensive, and compassionate care using nursing models such as “Assess, Perform, Teach, and Manage.”
• Advocate for patients, families, and caregivers while embodying the organization’s vision, mission, and values to support an unparalleled patient experience and clinical outcomes.
• Assess patient pain regularly, promote effective pain management, and reassess after appropriate interventions.
• Perform procedures, monitoring, or other functions as ordered by medical providers.
• Document the administration of care in the patient medical record in a timely and thorough manner.
• Respond promptly to patient requests, anticipate needs, and resolve them proactively.
• Teach patients, families, and caregivers about medical conditions, treatment plans, medications, side‑effects, and follow‑up measures.
• Translate complex medical terminology into language that ensures complete understanding.
• Provide instruction on non‑medicinal follow‑up measures such as healthy diet, exercise, disease prevention, and lifestyle changes.
• Prepare patients and families/caregivers for future self‑management.

• 1+ year of RN experience.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification obtained within 60 days of employment start date.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• Non‑violent Crisis Intervention certification obtained within 90 days of employment start date (RN).
• Registered Nurse degree (Associate, Bachelor’s, or Diploma).
