We are seeking a part-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team! The Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) provides comprehensive wellness-focused medical care through clinical evaluation, treatment planning, laboratory interpretation, patient education, and ongoing management of individualized wellness programs. This role is focused primarily on wellness evaluation, hormone and metabolic health management, IV nutrient therapy, injections, laboratory review, patient education, and longitudinal treatment oversight.

Our ideal provider emphasizes preventive medicine and long-term patient relationships while practicing within the provider's education, licensure, certification, and scope of practice.

• Conduct comprehensive wellness evaluations, including medical history, medication reconciliation, focused physical assessments, and identification of contraindications to treatment.
• Develop individualized treatment plans utilizing evidence-informed wellness practices, including hormone optimization, metabolic health, weight management, and preventive medicine.
• Order, review, interpret, and discuss laboratory and diagnostic results with patients while developing appropriate follow-up plans.
• Prescribe, recommend, administer, or oversee wellness therapies, including hormone therapy, IV nutrient therapy, vitamin injections, supplements, and other clinic-approved services.
• Monitor patient progress, evaluate treatment effectiveness, and modify care plans based on clinical response and evidence-based practice.
• Provide patient education regarding treatment options, informed consent, lifestyle modifications, and long-term wellness goals.
• Maintain complete, timely, and accurate documentation within the electronic medical record while complying with all regulatory and privacy requirements.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to deliver safe, high-quality, patient-centered care.

Requirements

• Active Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in good standing.
• DEA registration (if applicable to scope of practice).
• Current BLS certification or ability to obtain upon hire.
• Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic reasoning, and patient management skills.
• Excellent communication, education, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to exercise sound clinical judgment while practicing within legal scope of practice.
• Proficiency with electronic health records and clinical documentation.

Experience or interest in one or more of the following areas is preferred:

• Wellness medicine
• Hormone optimization / hormone replacement therapy
• Metabolic health and weight management
• Preventive medicine
• Functional or integrative medicine
• IV nutrient therapy
• Lifestyle medicine

Aesthetic medicine experience is welcomed but not required. Providers interested in aesthetic services may have the opportunity to expand their scope following completion of required training, competency validation, and clinic approval.
