Signature HealthCARE is seeking a dedicated LPN/LVN to provide direct nursing care in our Ridgely Rehab & Wellness Center. You will supervise nursing staff, administer medications, and coordinate resident care within a collaborative team.
Requirements include an active LPN/LVN license in the state, CPR/BLS certification, and at least 1 year of clinical nursing experience, preferably in long-term care. EHR proficiency and MS Office skills are expected as part of daily practice.
