Do you enjoy working outside in a family-oriented environment? Are you hands on and love Nature! Do you enjoy having weekends off? The typical schedule is Monday to Friday from 7AM-4PM!

• Leading all maintenance care service activities of the crew – ensuring that all crew members have the required safety material, that the crews have the training and tools needed to complete the job and that the crews are operating safely at all times..
• Completing a pre-trip inspection report weekly before dispatch at the beginning of the week.
• Coordinating with account managers, supervisors, customers and employees as needed.
• Using landscaping tools and operating heavy equipment as needed.
• Safely driving crews to and from jobs, adhering to Company’s safety policy and ensuring that the public will be safe while in contact with crews.
• Cutting lawns using various size power mowers.
• Trimming/edging along walkways, driveways and curves.
• Cleaning up areas after trimming using leaf blowers.
• Picking up trash on properties.
• Assist with trimming bushes and clean up.

• At least 1 year of landscaping experience is preferred
• Experience running 2-6 man crews is preferred.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to pass a drug screen & background check.
• Physical Requirements
  - Must be able to stand, walk, crawl, stoop, kneel, crouch, use hands, and talk or hear. Ability to lift 70 lbs.
