We’re looking for a friendly, capable companion animal veterinarian to join our Te Kauwhata team.
Our clinic is mid-renovation, so you’ll be stepping into a fresh, modern, newly upgraded space — it’s a really exciting time to come on board.
About the role
You’ll be working in a supportive, close-knit clinic where people genuinely enjoy what they do. This role is all about delivering great care, working alongside an experienced vet and nursing team, and being part of a positive, relaxed workplace that values balance and wellbeing as much as clinical standards.
The role includes:
- Companion animal work, both surgery and consulting
- A supportive, experienced team around you
- A beautifully upgraded clinic with modern equipment
Hours
We’re flexible on hours and can offer either part-time or full-time, depending on your preference. If you’re interested in full-time work, there’s an opportunity to pick up shifts at two nearby clinics. It’s a great way to enjoy some variety while staying connected to the wider team.
About you
You’re a qualified, NZ-registered vet who enjoys companion animal work and takes pride in providing great care. You’re confident in your clinical skills, easy to work with, and value being part of a friendly, collaborative team that looks out for one another.
