Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of a comprehensive quality management system. This position is responsible for ensuring that all products and processes meet applicable regulatory, customer, and internal standards, while driving continuous improvement initiatives across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality systems and compliance with industry standards such as ISO 9001 and ASME
.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain compliance with relevant quality standards and certifications (e.g., ISO 9001, ASME).
  • Develop and audit quality management policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate internal and external audits and certification processes.
  • Lead root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions.
  • Manage and mentor the quality team.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues.
  • Maintain accurate quality records and prepare performance reports.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in quality assurance within a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of ISO 9001; familiarity with ASME standards preferred.
  • Experience with audits and certification processes.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Preferred:
    Lean or Six Sigma certification.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and maintain detailed documentation.
