Entry Level Commercial Real Estate Analyst

Capstone Real Estate Group, a privately-held real estate investment and management firm based in Franklin, TN is currently seeking an intern for six months to join our team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone considering entering the field of commercial real estate and investment. You will be involved in all aspects of the business analytical support, lease analysis, modelling, asset management, contacting potential tenants for existing portfolio assets, assisting during the acquisitions due diligence process, and preparing various reports for lenders and investors.

• Understanding of real estate business and strong interest to work in the commercial real estate and investment industry (preferred).
• Real Estate (preferred), Finance, Accounting or Math/Science major. Recent business graduates are encouraged to apply.
• 0-2 years of Commercial Real Estate Analyst experience.
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Must be a team player capable of working in a collaborative environment, yet also able to work independently.
• Effective communications skills, both written and oral.
• Excellent computer skills. Excel, Word and PowerPoint a must. Knowing Argus is a plus.
