As a Kitchen Line Cook & Prep, you’ll play a hybrid role that’s essential to the smooth operation of our kitchen. Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing ingredients and ensuring all prep work is completed for daily service.
• Cooking and plating dishes according to our recipes and standards.
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure efficient service during busy hours.
• Assisting with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.

We’re seeking candidates with the following qualifications:

• 1 year of experience in a kitchen, preferably in a similar role.
• A strong understanding of basic cooking techniques and food preparation.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• A team-player mindset with excellent communication skills.
• A commitment to upholding food safety and cleanliness standards.
