Brick Specialist – Sales Associate

Join the LEGO® Brand Retail team as a Sales Associate (Brick Specialist) at Cool Springs Galleria, Franklin, TN. This role is part‑time and involves providing inspirational guest experiences in an interactive and vibrant store environment.

• Ensure a signature experience for every guest by greeting them, performing all cash register functions, and maintaining a professional, gracious, friendly and engaging manner (80% of the role).
• Maintain a clean, safe, and visually stimulating environment through daily cleaning duties, maintaining store displays, and learning and delivering LEGO® Brand Retail visual standards (10%).
• Operate the store stockroom safely and efficiently, assist with receiving merchandise, keep the stockroom to LEGO® Brand Retail standards, comply with safety regulations, and notify management of potential shortages (10%).
• Communicate effectively with team members and guests.
• Process information and merchandise through the register system.
• Work various hours, days, nights, and weekends as the business requires.
• Access all store areas, including sales floor, stock areas, register areas, and the loading dock.
• Meet physical specifications: constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing, standing for at least two hours, occasional stooping, kneeling, crouching, climbing ladders, close vision and depth perception, and lifting at least 30 lbs.
• Provide availability for up to 25 hours per week, including at least one weekend day and a minimum of three days.
