Develops and supports Membership by providing information on Membership benefits

• Promotes the value of Company products and services
• Processes Membership upgrades and credit accounts
• Participates in sales and marketing events and makes efforts to meet Membership goals
• Maintains safety of Facility by following all safety standards procedures and guidelines
• Conducts safety sweeps
• Follows proper forklift spotting procedures
• Handles and disposes hazardous materials following company steel standard guidelines
• Corrects and reports unsafe situations to Management
• Fulfills Member Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders: reviewing orders, pulling items from shelves, scanning items, wrapping and palletizing, ensuring accuracy
• Completes work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources, collaborating with managers, coworkers, customers, and other partners, identifying priorities, deadlines, and expectations, carrying out tasks, communicating progress, determining and recommending ways to address improvement opportunities, adapting to and learning from change, difficulties, and feedback
• Provides Member service by acknowledging the Member, identifying their needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues and concerns, and promoting the Company's products and services

The hourly wage range for this position is $19.00 to $27.00.*

* The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
