In this role you will:

• Ensure high‑quality products are taken care of and available for our members
• Keep shelves clean, maintain temperature control, verify expiration dates, and dispose of lower‑quality product
• Pack ready‑to‑sell products in proper containers and stock displays
• Maintain a clean, sanitized, and member‑ready area

• Maintain safety of the facility by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines, including conducting safety sweeps, following forklift spotting procedures, and handling hazardous materials.
• Maintain the sales floor and merchandise presentation in the freezer/cooler/deli area, including handling claims and returns, zoning the area, receiving and stocking merchandise, setting up displays, and completing required audits and documentation.
• Provide member service by acknowledging members, locating merchandise, assisting purchasing decisions, providing deli products, resolving issues and concerns, and promoting the company’s products and services.
• Follow food handling policies, operate and sanitize equipment, follow cold‑chain procedures when stocking, clean freezer/cooler/deli area, monitor equipment, and report issues to management.

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Successfully complete all job required trainings and assessments within a prescribed time period

The hourly wage range for this position is $19.00 to $27.00. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.
