At Jared, we deliver Accessible Luxury. The Luxury Bridal Manager is the category owner and experience leader for all Bridal merchandise. This role ensures every customer receives a confident, emotional, and expertly guided experience during one of life’s most meaningful purchases.
What You’ll Do- Own the Bridal Category and lead total category performance including sales, behaviors, and standards.
- Serve as the expert in diamonds, storytelling, and closing with confidence.
- Drive consistency in Bridal presentations across all team members.
- Lead Visual Marketing for Bridal: own visual merchandising and storytelling execution, ensure displays reinforce romance, emotion, and confidence in purchase, align visual focus to key moments, launches, and selling priorities.
- Build Team Capability through monthly coaching, observing or coaching one Bridal presentation per team member each month, delivering real‑time actionable feedback on diamond education, storytelling, payment options, and closing.
- Build consistent, repeatable Bridal behaviors across the team.
- Help customers express individuality through meaningful selections and feel confident and understood through guided experiences.
- Improve key KPIs such as conversion, appointment culture, follow‑up behaviors.
- Lead by example through personal performance.
- Partner with store leadership to identify and develop Bridal talent, building a culture of teamwork, accountability, and shared success.
