Part Time Core Sales Associate

As a Core Staff Associate, you’ll be part of the foundation that keeps our store running smoothly. Core Staff are part-time employees with consistent schedules and responsibilities, ensuring reliable support for both our team and our fans.

• Uphold merchandising and retail operational standards to ensure a smooth, on-brand operation.
• Deliver consistently on KPIs, participate in cross-training across store functions, and mentor new team members, living the values Dream, Care, Dare, and Deliver.
• All other duties as assigned.

• At least 1 year of experience in a high-performance selling environment; results-oriented selling mindset.
• Strong communication skills, with demonstrated care and clarity in both written and verbal interaction.
• Ability to charm and captivate an audience and connect with people at all levels of the organization.
• Minimum age 18 and ability to provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
• Flexible work schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays; able to stand for extended periods and lift 50+ pounds; reliable arrival to work.
• Consistent schedule with availability of at least 20 hours per week preferred.
• Typical hours up to 12 hours in base weeks, increasing to 21 hours during peak weeks, not to exceed 30 hours per week; dependable for peak hours and critical shifts, including weekends.
• Willingness to learn across store functions and participate in potential bonus opportunities and benefits where offered.

Compensation: $12.00 per hour - $15.00 per hour commensurate with experience.
