As a Guest Experience Sales Specialist, you will help customers bring their home-design dreams to life while delivering world-class service in a low-pressure, gimmick-free atmosphere - just the way Bob's intends!

You will work closely with customers to understand their design needs and help them select furniture that fits their style and budget. Your role includes engaging with guests, actively listening to their preferences, building relationships, following up on sales leads, providing consultative selling, and delivering excellent service in a high-energy retail setting.

• Basic computer proficiency
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays

• Ability to stand for long periods and move throughout the showroom
• Must be able to lift and move up to 50 lbs as needed
