The Key Lead is responsible for ensuring all customers receive quality in‑store experience. They act as the Floor Supervisor, providing guidance and coaching to Brand Reps and Stock Associates, ensuring store operations run effectively. The Key Lead drives store performance on the floor through customer experience and team achievement of daily sales.

- Work Schedule Requirements
Schedule will vary weekly but should expect to work at least 12‑16 hours per week. Required availability on Saturdays and Sundays as well as certain holidays. During peak time frames, hours will increase to support the needs of the business.
Qualifications- High School Diploma/G.E.D. equivalent (preferred)
- At least 1 year of retail experience (preferred)
