JOB SUMMARY: General responsibilities include organization, sorting, pricing, merchandising, and volunteer management.|
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Coordinate with Donor Solutions and Quality Management teams to prepare the merchandise pipeline.
• Meet weekly production goals.
• Supervise pricing in multiple media subcategories to ensure items are priced according to Thrift Smart standards.
• Audit prices daily for consistency and accuracy based on Thrift Smart pricing standards.
• Redirect materials that do not qualify as merchandise to recycling or dumpster.
• Keep proper level of supplies on hand and communicate supply needs to manager.
• Stock priced merchandise to Media areas.
• Pull stale merchandise as needed while maintaining the shelves well-stocked and fresh.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas.
• Perform other related duties as assigned or requested.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum Education:
  
  High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum Experience:
  
  1 year preferred. Knowledge of media pricing helpful
